Drayton proposal is alive

The proposed Drayton theatre appears to be full steam ahead. Opponents have voiced their concerns regarding the financial viability of the venue and the city appears ready to roll out the business plan. Looks like a cash flow positive impact is in the offing. To date, none of the objectors have furnished a counter-proposal for this purportedly award winning facility that will breathe new life into the arts and culture scene in sleepy little Cambridge - an emerging community that is most definately lacking in engaging destinations that support the arts. For the coming months, the renewed and fresh approach to adding to the intensification of the downtown without a standard "re-vitalization" is welcome news from this camp.
